Poor courier company

What terrible choices you make with regards to courier companies. CCD is even worse than RAM couriers. They were supposed to deliver my card this morning. I spoke to the courier on the phone and said I am 2km away. He just drove off and now my card will be send back the branch. Why not leave it at the branch in the first place, it will save me a lot of frustration.
