Poor Communications & Poor Followup

3 weeks ago, I registered as a co-signatory for a small private school in Noordhoek. I have waited patiently to be sent a reference pass code to allow me to verify payments made by the school for salaries, etc. Despite several phone calls following up, and numerous emails, I have not yet received this code - meaning I cannot authorise payments - and thus the school may be unable to pay accounts. My first email query yielded a Ref number by a consultant - but sadly, nothing further came from that : CAS-***-V4H6D9.

There is some urgency as one of the two primary signatories will be travelling abroad for a month, and if not contactable, I will unable to verify payments should the need arise. Hence the school's finances are held hostage by the apparent indifference of FNB to act timeously.

Has FNB resolved the issue within 5-business days? Have they proven to be a reliable bank? I'll leave those obvious answers to you.
