POOR COMMUNICATION/LACK OF SUFFICIENT AND TIMEOUS FEEDBACK

I have been trying to get feedback from FNBPL dept since last week and they keep telling my my request has been escalated and that the notes says my request is in progress but nobody can tell me what the hold up is
