Poor communication with bankers

FNB business banking decided to block my account without any proper notification, mean while im stuck unable to proceed with business issues that needs to be attended in daily exercise. After i telephonically had a discussion with one of the consultants that he will request that my matter is attend within the 24hours as the fault is on their side as they did not notify me in time. Its been three days without my account not working. Very disappointed 😥
