Poor communication on regarding customers deliveries!

Fnb has no better way to communicate with customers regarding their deliveries,you have to call them and they don't give you the exactly date for delivery they just tell you about 3 to 5 working days,if i may have the cantact details for their delivery courier campany to confirm my delivery please
