Poor communication and service from FNB Private Wealth George

I have closed my bank account with FNB Private Wealth more than a year ago. There is still showing an active credit card.

I contacted my previous banker and assisted more than a month ago. They confirmed they would find out and get back to me, but they never did.

Once again, I have realized that FNB Private Wealth in George is the most useless bank I have ever dealt with and that is why Investec is the leading back. No communication from FNB and people skills.
