Poor communication and banking experience!

FNB handed my account over to lawyers for owing about R2000 a bank i have been using for 7 years and that i still run my business account with. The bussiness manager called when my personal banker tagged her in an email and upon lengthy discussion she advised me that they had to because i owe them and also that they sent me communication which i told her that it did not get to me but only the lawyers email. Ontop of that both my personal and bussiness account were taken off my profile without prior warning or having been advised. I feel this is just administrative wrong and inconsiderate from a bank i trust with my monies.
