Thank you for the prompt response. Too many companies do not respond.

I received a call from N1 City to say that my card is ready for collection. I am disappointed that it took an email to Hellopeter to elicit a response. That said it is kudos to FNB for the prompt response.

I shall attempt to obtain my card from the branch tomorrow. I will respond according to my experience there.

Regards

Tony Armstrong

Received an email from FNB?

"First National Bank:-) Reference number ********** has been issued for your complaint. To follow up with us you can contact .30 Mar 15:59"

Hugh???

Rep**** to email at **********

Received the following response from my service provider "Your message wasn't delivered to ********** because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. "

Can anybody suggest a competent banking institution? (If such a thing exists)

Regards

Tony Armstrong
