**** poor client services from FNB

FNB client services suck. The branch telephone number on Google does not work. The cell number is finally answered. 4 calls are made...1st one they put the phone down, 2 & 3rd calls you are on hold for 7min's plus, 4th call is answered by a remote operator who is incapable of speaking audibly nor of any assistance. As a client I insist on assistance immediately and effectively. If you can't help your clients then what use are you to us ????
