Poor client service.

Without notification you guys change the debit order date for one of your products leaving me in a financial predicament. When I call they talk about not being able to reverse this and I must just suck it up. 40 years as a client and I have to deal with this. This is unacceptable that there are no structures in place to correct such faults leaving the client in a predicament.
