Poor Client Service

So, on the 05th of the July 2018, I have made a mistake by accidentally depositing R25 000 into a wrong account (the account numbers differed with one number). After numerous attempts of getting my money back, I have not have any success. I have provided the Upington Branch with proof that the money was paid from my Old Mutual Money Account, but they informed me that they cannot reverse the money from the recipients account. They said that they must get his/her permission to do so, but the thing is, they cannot get hold of the person in who's account the money was wrongfully deposited. Where does that leave me? What's the next step?, it seems as if they do not know. I have been at the branch numerous times, provided them with the documents they ask, but my problem cannot seem to be resolved. The Branch Manager keep on tellling me that it was my fault, yes it was, but it seems as if they cannot (or does not) want to help me rectify my mistake. I have been a client of FNB for almost 20years now, but they cannot help me resolve the problem. If this is how they treat customers, I am not sure if I will be banking with them for much longer. Dissapointed in the manner in which they conduct business and it seems as if they do not know how to resolve matters like this. If this is how they can help, it is dissapointing to say the least!!
