Poor client service

I am really upset with what FNB has been doing to my accounts. There is money going in and out of my account on the same day for more than 3 months and everytime I question what is happening in my personal accounts, I am been put from one consultant to another to the loans department, credit card department etc even management. I honestly needs answers because someone is messing with my credit profile in their bank and not one has answers for more than 3months now but the money reflects in my accounts and disappears after a few days.
