Poor client care

Joining fnb in 2014 is probably the biggest mistake of my life, now I am willing to listen to people advice of which bank is a better which I can join, because ain't no way I am paying -R800 ridiculous charges, they allow debit orders when they know the account is empty and then reject them, and charge ridiculous charges.
