Poor Chat Box

I have been on the phone for assistance for more than 30 minutes. I needed to speak to a consulted by I was taken to the Chat Box in the app. This stupid chatroom is not effective at all. I upgraded my Debit and Credit Accounts to Fusion Premier. Now I have 2 credit accounts, I just want to know WHY IS THAT.

The consultants am chatting with are taking from pillar to post. This can never be acceptable
