Poor card delivery method

In the past fnb used CCD couriers to deliver my card and it was every time a disaster so of course when the contacted me again for delivery i was nervous and yet again it is a disaster First received a text this morning that they will be at my home in 3 min and i stood out side for more than 30 min waiting than before 1 got a call from the driver and i gave him my address agian and got a text he will be here in 7 min so after waiting a hour i called there office and it took them 20 min to get hold of him only to find out he left our town and im still waiting outside i tried calling the driver back more than 4 times and no awnser and now he told the office he called me and i did not pick up I am so tiered of this type of service and wish some one can do something about this as i had to take of from work to wait for them
