Poor call center service

I have been happy client of FNB since I joined but when I phoned FNB Home loan this morning, they put me on hold for approximately 30 minutes and after that a lady answered and she said she will transfer me to a banker and then call was dropped.

Call was done this morning around 10am from ***.

This is very irritating, unfair, ********* and unprofessional.

They haven't bothered to call me back.

Please investigate.
