Poor Business performance

Poor service from fnb i have oppend a business account from Fnb everything whent smooth until i wanted to start using the account for my business now my account is on hold ive been speaking to customer service to business department etc and still no one can give me an answer ive submitted the documents 3 Times and every time they say someone will be in contact i realy need this to be sorted
