Poor Business Banker Services

Hi,

I currently hold a business account with FNB. I have been happy with the bank until now. I was assigned a Business Banker Lindiwe Sithole from Constantia Kloof, who is meant to help me with your banking solutions and I must say the road is very bumpy because I hardly ever get ahold of her or get assistance from her even when I reach out. I'm really not impressed with the way my business is treated at FNB, especially now during this time. I haven't received any response from her regarding an enquiry I made on the 23rd April 2020.

Kindly investigate and advise on the matter.
