Poor branch service

What dodge service I need to give notice on my investment account. Go to the branch because I do not have a running account with them. They can't help me I must phone a 087 number. For those who didn't know they are more expensive than a normal number. They can't even phone the number from the branch because they apparently close earlier than ranches. Very poor service leaving clients out of pocket because they do not follow working hours.
