poor banking system

so i went to kolonade mall to make an atm cash deposit only for my cash to be swallowed by the atm whereas the transaction was not concluded nor my cash being returned... i want my money!!!! your institution is such a big joke can't even get their machines serviced... next time put on notices advising of any inconveniences ...
