Poor banking services

This banking service is not pleasing at all, to make matters worse i am a private client even. I made a couple of payments and they called to verify after verification they put my account on hold. I went to the branch and followed the requested procedure but nothing is forthcoming. Make several queries but no one is forthcoming and nothing is materialising. This is rediculous.
