poor banking service

i am absolutely horrified at the level of service or lack thereof for company that boasts to be at the fore front of technology & banking. i am sitting with a query for 20 days & still no one has been able to assist. the people responsible for trying to assist clearly are ***********. i have personal accounts & business accounts and they still show no interest.
