poor banking
my wife has been on this covid plan from fnb but every month her debit orders go off then she gets a msg to say that the money would be reversed in 2 to 3 working days, what a bunch off **** you guys take 2500 a month then reverse it are you in competent or stupid because its been like that for more then 3 months and now she has been waiting 5 working days really, thats why i decided to move banks and i hope she now as well because this is really pathetic service. we want that money back now, you quick to say people ow you money that they must pay but look at you take your time, utter nonsense.

12 Aug 2020, 14:34Ok so 6 days after my complaint still no money after they told me 6 days ago it will take 24 to 48 working hours, and now what now still no money has been paid back into my wifes account, do i really need to take legal action because all together 48 hours turned into more then 2 weeks all together, worst bank experience ever.
