Poor bank, poor service, poor tech.. Poor alles

WHY OH WHY!!! Is your system down(adderly branch) when you are a well established business worth a ton of money!!!

I have been standing in a line for close to an hour waiting for system to come online because believe it or not the average South African citizen cannot travel to and fro to a bank all the time.

Having done my due diligence I now feel cheated because I actually have to come IN to the branch I opened my account at. Only to call customer service while waiting in line to be told i can go to Any branch. Update your information. Goodness have some respect for your clients!!!!!!
