POOR/ BAD SERVICE

I've been trying to get hold of FNB personal loans for the past week now and the phone keeps ringing. It seems like their service is getting worse since their agents are working from home. They just don't care. I need someone to call me back ASAP. I cannot continue wasting my airtime like this, not impressed. FNB is quite known now for giving bad service thinking of changing banks....annoyed
