Poor!!!

FNB has become so useless - offers no protection other customers to unauthorised debit orders. I cannot dispute them or stop them without being referred to call the call center. I wasted an hour of my time on chats to be advised to try again on the morrow.

Could have someone to contact me on the morrow to look at my options to ending this relationship.
