Poor assistance

I have been an FNB client for years. In the past three months the service has gone to pathetic. The latest was that, yesterday I was given the runaround trying to get Comercial insurance on a new vehicle. Transfers from one division to the next. After having to call them instead of them calling me as promised, I stil couldn't get a decent response from them This is not the kind of service I'm use to or expered.
