POOR APP, Useless service

Absolutely poor service from thier agents on the live chat, Ive had a issue when placing a order for a card, I wasn't seeing the option I wanted, I ask the live chat and the agent then sends me instructions that was a mixture of English and Latin and then the agent stops replying when I ask for plain and clear steps, then after a while of taking to another 3 agents, so Wednesday I then place an order all good, today I'm just asking for some feed back on when it will be delivered, and then the agents took over an hour to respond, then my messages are vanishing, and then I'm told that I didnt order a card, where on the app it's clearly shown I've ordered a card. So in a nut shell thier app and servers are faulty and there agents are not trained properly. Even right now I'm waiting for a response on a email I sent, and a complaint I made on their website

Once again your services are absolutely shocking and your agents are pathetic, I got over the above incident, but now, all I wanted was feedback on a license disc I ordered on the 13th as I see nothing has changed, and not only do your agents no know how to read but they waste people's time, it took them 10 minutes to read a message of 10 words and they still *****ed up. I was looking for any feedback yet your agent then sends me the steps on how to order the license disc after I already ****** ordered it already. ****** pathetic I will be sending a email with the screenshots of the chat so you guys can see how trained your agents are, then at the end the agent decides to send me a number to be assisted..
