poor and un ethical performance

good day evry one its been sometime since i last complaint about fnb poor performance and unfairly alowing debit orders to go of after a stop hase been putten on...... everything was going good untill now and a gain the account is a minus becase their was debit done on my account witch shouldent have been their and that 400 rand FNB should take responsebilty
