POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FNB SWIPE MACHINE TEAM

I am very very disappointed and unhappy about the service I have been receiving from FNB merchant Manager . It's mote then 3 months and I phoned her more then 10 times but still no help. On other hand Nedbank guys are top of their game. I have both machines in my store but with FNB I have been suffering . Very poor service
