Poor and Pathetic Service.

I would give FNB Connect no stars at all but unfortunately I can't. Their service is so pathetic and they can't deliver on the services they promise you. Every month it is a hassle to get the data from them that they promise you, every month it is the same story of "there is an allocation delay" but god forbid you get paid late and miss their debit order once and they bombard you with phone calls every 30 minutes telling you that you need to pay immediately. The service in this department is very very poor. I will never recommend this service to anyone, rather go pay a R100 extra at MTN and get much better service from them.
