POOR AND PATHETIC AND VERY VERY LOW SERVICE STANDARDS

Hi There. Iam client OF FNB more then 20 years and i was happy .but lately I was introduced that I have a pvt banker who can assist me when I need special interest within Fnb or anything have to do with PVT banker. I was introduced to tjis perosn and the way he dies things. Seems like he is the only one who works at FNB and whole country clients he is dealing with them . Its very very embarrassing thst If i will ask him about a product which Fnb offers je will take months to reply to me . And when I get tired and ask for his superior and he will sadly he tols me my Boss will phone you and also months has passed . Only 3 or 4 months only . HOWEVER HE IS GIVING ME PATHETIC AND POOREST SERVICE EVER. SHAME . FNB IS NOT LIKE THAT
