Poor and *********** services

I sent enquires and made numerous calls trying to order a debit card for my business global account. After all the trouble, I was told that I cannot obtain one because my business global account does not appear under my personal profile on FNB system but, nevertheless FNB issued me a debit card for my business cheque account. This makes no sense at all! I was finally told to contact their Forex department which lines are forever engaged or not reachable!
