Poor and Dreadful Customer Service

<p>Good Day to whom it may concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this on behalf of my Mother, who has been a loyal customer of First National Bank for the last half a decade. Whenever any monetary transactions were to be made, the FNB Banking app has proven both invaluable, convenient and hassle-free. However it's with great concern that the technical support service, I'm afraid to say is "below par."</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently my mother and I made a network change to another cellular provider and as such the banking app is unuseful. The supposed reasoning was that seeing my mother's cellnumber was ported, she isn't recognised on the First National Customer base.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course, when trying to speak with a number of consultants to have the matter resolved, my mother was treated with mixtures of incompetence, poor communication and antagonism. I myself tried to speak with the latest consultant and was treated with antagonism unbefitting of a service agent. Naturally I took it as an insult and retaliated with a more calm, albeit firm response as to remind the agent that I am the customer and that I reserve the right to decent and efficient customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope firmly that First National technical support will be addressed to this matter as it is really not fair play on the company's part.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their contact details are: (087) ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Sincerely </p> <p> </p> <p>C.Nell</p>
