POOR AND BAD SERVICE IS ALWYS I RECEIVE

Poor and bad service as always receiving from FNB LAW ON CALL BUSINESS. I have two policies from them one for my business and one for my self . AMD I have been paying almost 3 years. But their service is very very very poor not sure if the guys are *********** or not trained properly or they think this particular department is under government or municipality because I used to received poor service from them only . Not FNB as a PVT bank . But losing hope to them aswel. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO
