Poor agent performing as bad as the bank itself

This is the worst bank, i have been on the phone for three hours tranfered to over 7 agents with wroong affordability on my profile, due to the unprofessional ot thier agents, theu sent my to Trustunion and i was sent back, till now nothing is done yet the loaded wrong information for my profile.
