Poor after service

I purchased a mobile phone via the online system with FNB. A week after i purchased the Sony M4 Aqua it had problems charging and the device had to be sent back due to this fault. I was then informed that i will receive a new phone. A few months later i encountered another problem as the inside LED screen got damaged (how this happened i have no clue) as there was no physical damage as can be seen on the phone itself.

Im now being told that the warranty does not cover this. The warranty was never explained to me and i can understand if there was physical damage but there is none. Its very disappointing as the phone is just over six months old and now im left with damages that i need to not only pay for myself as advised by the Ismail Rajan from SSS Cellular as seen in the screen shot below but i still have a large amount that needs to be paid to FNB for a phone that i cannot use.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
