Poor advise and service delivery

Good Day <br> <br> I called the premier suite on the 13th January as there was a transaction being debit off my account and requested them to please reverse it. the agent advised it was still pending and he will attend to it.<br> <br> I call again on the 14th and another agent now advises me to complete a form. really why two agents giving me different advises and none can assist me.<br> <br> I have been with FNB for over 20 years and since this change from Platinum to Premier it is a disaster. Firstly you have to wait so long before calls are being answered and then agents are so ******** of is required.<br> <br> Pathetic service from Premier bankers <br>
