Poor administration services by FNB

I would like to address FNB and their lazy attitude when it comes to resolving simple administration issues. I have been to the FNB branch in Meyersdal now 4 times trying to address why CSD is failing to verify my bank account. The CSD system says that there is an issue with the name and when I try and communicate with FNB regarding the issue there is no assistance at all
