Poor admin response to request

I have a FNB Personal loan, I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to get a statement from onset of debt, I just don't seem to get what Im asking for despite calling and messaging. Out of desperation I am now putting this on hellopeter, its ridiculous how difficult it is to get a full statement of debt. They keep giving me portions from 2012, and nothing prior to this date.
