Poor

Hi FNB why is it always a struggle to sort things out. I have an account with FNB that I have not been using for years know. Rather than contacting me and closing the account Fnb just keep it running. When I speak to one department to find out what is going on nobody can assist. Fnb your app might be good, but your other services is far from been on the ball. And then tomorrow you phone me and want money, for an account that Fnb should have closed automatically........
