POOOR SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a week since my banking fee should be refunded EVERY agent I talk to is an excuse upon excuse LIES!!!!!!! EMPTY PROMISES they will call me back sick and tired of all these empty promises and LIES!!! Biggest mistake to switch to FNB VERY VERY POOR SERVICE SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
