Pooor poooor service

I transferred money from account from one account to another bank on Thursday last week its been a while week now interacting with the service team…they keep making promises that it will clear but to date it hasnot…I cannot say the least about their team managers who keep escalating without any feedback…I am so disappointed with the level of service and care in this regard…in total I spoke to about 6consultants…as I wait to see when will they actually fix this
