I can't say I have never received bad service before, because I would be lying. But this is the 1st time I received bad service. You phoned me for an upgrade, which I gladly accepted. No one from the Westgate Malls Branch contacted me to let me know my card is there, I had to findout on my app at the card is at Mitchells Plain, Westgate Malls branch. If I did not look, was/will anybody let me know that my card is there???
