Policy FI2

Hello I am Oluhle Qeqe and i have a policy with first national bank with policy number FI ***0, I'd number *** and my number is ***. At first was told that my policy has lapsed, show them deposits slips i have, and an sms that they sent me as confirmation of payment on 17 July 2025, also i have showed them the deposit slip of this month August. Just want help it's my father's funeral on Saturday and we are still lacking, because of First national bank. I'm in Mdantsane the claim i have made at Mdantsane City Mall at FNB, please i need help.
