Policy Claim - Terrible Service☹️

Terrible service. Lodged a claim for my cousins life policy in November 2019. To date nothing has transpired. This is after everything was furnished to them and countless calls and emails and even visits to the branch... To no avail. I have been taken from pillar to post, every other person I speak to doesn't seem to be interested in assisting but more passing the buck from one department to the other. At every interaction I have been very patient and no timelines have ever been given to me. I have been speaking to Tsholofelo Ramachila from claims and she has been little to no help. This is truly frustrating and clear indication of the atrocious service of the institution. I am in need of a response as this has been dragging on for eight months now... I am certain it doesn't take eight months to settle a claim.
