Policy

I spoke to Kgomotso now bcz i wanted a Dispute she was not able i asked her to cancell the policy reverse my money she advised that the policy is older than 60days if i cancel i will forfeit what ever i have paid …. I then dropped the line i went to my fnb app only to find out that the policy has benn cancelled without even confirming anything with me what bull**** is that ?? I want my policy active now or my money dont take me like that
