Policy cancellation F***

ON the 28th March 2021 i took out a funeral policy F***7 at the Eldorado Park branch while collecting my new bank card payment was due on 3rd June 2021 on the 31 May 2021 i was informed that my work contract would expire. I then on the 1st JUNE 2021 emailed FNB to cancelled my policy as i would now not be able to afford the R115 payments was informed via email that i would be given feedback regarding the cancellation still nothing after the 3rd email and the R115 had been ducted from my account and still no respond regarding this mater the policy was done at the branch in less then 10min but now its taking forever to cancell this im very dissapointed with this service Donovan Owen Milton
