Pointless and disgusting service

Please explain what the point of having a chat on fnb is for? Because they fant answer questions and refer you to call the call centre!!! This is ridiculous and utterly disgusting for someone that has being a client since 2008. I have screenshots to also prove how they chat to the clients, very disrespectful and I still do not have an answer to my question.
