**** Fnb bank
Fnb customercare is useless. Fnb has not been updating my loans account. Ive been paying and my installments are not showing. I tried to phone customer care 5 times wich was a fail as the phonr rings they will put you trough to loans and then the phone keeps ringing for 5 10 minutes and no one answers this is ****ing pathetic. Please dont ever use this **** bankthey ***** yout mkney and they just dont give a **** about there clients. I will not pay a cent further i will move my bank to absa im ****ing done with this **** bank and the ****ing **** people working for it. Useless
